Media Fabricated Evidence to Smear GOP Three Times In One Day - As right-of-center New Media grows stronger (and it is much stronger today than it was even in 2012), because the mainstream media is in reality a propaganda outlet to empower central government and boost those who share that goal, everyday this same mainstream media becomes more desperate and ugly. That’s why the media told serial-lies around Trayvon Martin, Ferguson, and religious freedom laws. And that’s why on Friday, the media was caught on three occasions fabricating evidence to smear the GOP.

Obamacare's $800 Billion Tax Hike Explained in One Chart - April 15 is right around the corner, and millions of Americans will find themselves paying more in taxes than ever thanks to Obamacare. The law is more than a fundamental change to the country’s health care system. It also is a massive tax hike. As The Heritage Foundation’s Federal Budget in Pictures shows, according to the most recent scores, Obamacare will increase taxes by nearly $800 billion for the period of 2013-2022.

Obamacare contains 18 separate tax increases. A few of the biggest include a tax on “Cadillac” health insurance plans, which doesn’t take effect until 2018, long after President Obama and many in Congress who voted for the tax in 2010 have departed Washington. Also, there is a tax on health insurance premiums and a higher rate on the Hospital Insurance payroll tax for single filers with incomes above $200,000 ($250,000 for married filers) that also applies to investment income.......

In litigation filed in 2013 by conservative organizations targeted by Lerner and her colleagues at the IRS, a federal judge granteda motion to compel and ordered the IRS to produce the names of the 298 targeted organizations identified by the IRS for the Treasury Inspector General……

 

'If the Law Matters,' Courts Will Side With States in Fight Over Obama Immigration Policy- As a federal appeals court considers whether to keep or rescind a hold on Obama’s immigration program, the attorney general of the state leading the charge against the president’s executive actions “is very confident” the plaintiffs will win out. “All I can tell you is, based on the law, I feel very confident,” said Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in an interview with The Daily Signal. “I am very confident we are right on the law. And if the law matters, we will do very well.” The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit is scheduled to hear oral arguments on April 17 about whether to uphold or remove an injunction on Obama’s 2014 immigration actions......

LA School District violates charter school law, high court finds - Charter schools won a huge victory against the Los Angeles Unified School District when the California Supreme Court ruled Thursday the district failed to give the charters enough space. LAUSD was supposed to turn over a like number of classrooms to charters, but in tallying up the split it was erroneously ignoring rooms that had other uses — such as storage, adult education or for preschools, the court ruled in a unanimous decision. In its analysis, LAUSD was only counting classrooms staffed by teachers, and it was not the position of the district to determine how charters should operate, the court ruled….

 

Investigation casts cloud over Virginia voting machines - Nearly a year after Fairfax County scrapped its touch-screen voting machines, state officials are recommending decertification of the WinVote system used in 20 percent of Virginia’s precincts. The investigation has raised concerns about the credibility and integrity of upcoming elections throughout the swing state.  With fewer than 60 days to the June primaries, the Virginia Department of Elections is taking public comment on the machines used in 29 localities.
